In addition, we offer a wide range of internal training courses (including on-the-job training) and ongoing quality assurance (including external supervision). The senior psychologists are involved in professional politics, teaching, continuing education and research. We motivate and support all employees to work for our clients and the further development of our discipline in this sense. We work on an evidence-based basis, continually incorporate the latest research results into our work and develop our own treatment approaches, which we present to professional colleagues and publish in peer-reviewed journals. Interdisciplinary (multi-professional) collaboration
We rely on interdisciplinary cooperation both within our company and with our cooperation partners.
