Family Law Expert Opinions
On behalf of courts / KESB
In case of separation/divorce conflicts concerning the care, upbringing, supervision and contact arrangements for children, it is primarily the responsibility of the parents with custody to reach an agreement.
However, if it is not possible to find a solution acceptable to all parties, even with the involvement of the relevant bodies/authorities, the KESB/court can commission a civil/family law expert opinion. We can provide such a report given specific questions by the KESB/court. Topics may include assessing a possible risk to the child's well-being.
Either so-called decision-oriented reports can be prepared or, together with the parents, we can attempt to work out a solution for the benefit of the child. With the hope of testing out this solution and evaluate how well it works and if it fits your goals.
