We support our employees regardless of whether they are in any form of training or not. We value above-average performance and are happy to reward it regularly. We certainly demand more from our employees than other companies and institutions in our field. However, we also certainly support them much more (incidentally, you can also support them by demanding) and offer them freedoms they will certainly not find elsewhere. Employees with drive are therefore in good hands with us.

We place great importance on the training and continuing education of our employees and train an above-average number of employees. Employees in training can learn from each other in smaller local teams and also work closely with the senior psychologists. We also encourage the exchange between the local (each with different specializations) and that employees at one location learn 1:1 from the senior psychologist at the other locations. In the training and continuing education of our employees, we focus on areas we consider important for the company as a whole and that we are happy to support both professionally and financially.

We place great value on consistency, which is why you will repeatedly come across or have already come across the slogan "Reliable. Innovative. Competent" on our website. Consistent behavior, constant performance, employee retention and support over a longer period of time and thus consistency in the treatment of our clients, the maintenance of long-term therapeutic relationships and an overall consistent approach are extremely important to us. We believe that consistency has value in itself and creates value.

In addition to our guidelines for employees, transparency is very important to us, which is why we also make these guidelines public. Each of our employees is measured against these and is expected to identify with them, because we live by them every day. Anyone who internalizes and lives by these guidelines will be successful with us. Anyone who cannot do this is better off elsewhere, and that's OK too. Not everyone is a good fit for everyone.
