Parents may also experience mental exhaustion due to the many demands they face. Psychotherapy is an effective method for treating emotional distress and for working through past experiences that influence current feelings and behavior.
In therapy, it is important to first determine a goal together with the client, then to discuss an appropriate way to achieve the goal and then to review it on an ongoing basis.
